Our Founders.

Learn more about the creators of the SDA below. This group was formed as our founders were repeatedly hearing from those responsible for services delivery in their organizations that there was no outlet or organization for their community to network, learn and collaborate. Whilst other functions have flourished under guidance and mentorship from such communities, nothing existed for those in this ecosystem. At the centre of the SDA is the principle of key knowledge and insight sharing whilst building a network that will act as the centre of all things services delivery.
